The reason, not the story

ROIBO started in 2025 with two friends, Ivetta and Anastasia. No dramatic origin myth. Just two people who care about design, have opinions, and don’t hesitate to challenge each other. Ideas moved between cities, sketches sharpened, and what began as a conversation eventually became a brand. Simple as that.

Our approach is straightforward: controlled individuality. Every piece carries its own character, but the system stays consistent. Each design is developed from in-house sketches, adjusted repeatedly until the form and proportions align. Everything is handcrafted in Portugal from sterling silver and natural materials. Pearls among them, with more to come.

They develop subtle signs of wear over time, the way well-made things do.

Two women walking on a sandy beach near the ocean, holding hands, with cloudy skies overhead.

Subtle? Maybe.

Silent? Never.

ROIBO is built around one shape: the hook.

The clasp came first. A clean, no-nonsense solution created because we wanted a closure that worked without overcomplication. It ended up defining our entire design language. Two clasp hooks formed the rings. One became the earrings. Necklaces and bracelets follow the same geometry, carrying the line through each collection, whatever materials come next.

Distances, curves, proportions, they are all deliberate.

Not decorative. Not accidental. A system.

ROIBO isn’t a set of pretty objects. It’s a consistent line, repeated and reinterpreted. Functional, honest, and designed to be worn, not displayed.

This is what jewellery looks like when the architecture is intentional and the design doesn’t try too hard.
